Nancy’s day-to-day is a blend of inspiring group sessions, personalised mentoring, and strategic planning. Her passion for helping others shine through in everything she does, always aiming to ignite change and foster empowerment in every interaction.

Outside of mentoring, Nancy enjoys traveling, exploring new adventures, reading, and spending quality time with friends over great food and wine.

With a love for organisation and a passion for helping others, she takes care of all the little (and big!) details so you don’t have to. From onboarding and supporting mentees to managing calendars, research, and bookings, Ailyn makes sure everything falls perfectly into place.
